Representation
Chad Brenton III represents a rare alignment of pedigree and presence. The eldest son of the Greenwich Brentons — a family known principally for their interests in regional shipping logistics and one (1) racehorse — Chad attended four boarding schools before completing his studies at Trinity College Hartford in two and a half semesters.
Rather than enter the family business (commercial barge insurance), Chad elected to pursue editorial work full-time. "I was raised to be looked at," he says. "It would be wasteful not to honor that."
Chad's portfolio leans heavily into what he calls "yacht-adjacent imagery" — Nantucket-coded knitwear, hands resting on banisters, the implication of a labrador just off-camera. He is most often booked for corporate retreats, executive offsites, and private weekend engagements where, in his words, "the client is purchasing the room more than the photograph."
He maintains a small wardrobe of inherited blazers and is currently fluent in conversational French (situational).

In Conversation
How did you get into modeling?
It happened to me, really. I was at a charity polo benefit and a woman approached me about 'representation.' I assumed she meant legally. By the time I understood she meant photographically, I'd already signed something.
What does a typical booking look like for you?
Discreet. The clients I work with are accomplished people who simply require a presence — for a dinner, for a weekend, for a christening once. I show up looking like an heir to something, and they don't have to explain me to anyone.
Favorite designer?
My grandfather's tailor. I don't know his name. He's been dead since 1983 but the suits are still working.
Do you get nervous on set?
I was raised to be photographed. Christenings, debutante balls, depositions. The camera is a friend of the family.
What separates you from other HotMales?
Lineage. I'm not building anything. I'm maintaining something. There's a difference, and clients who matter can feel it.

Client Notes
“Chad attended my husband's retirement luncheon. He didn't speak once and everyone at our table assumed he was either the new CFO or my nephew. Worth every penny of the deposit.”
“Booked Chad for a yacht weekend. He brought his own boat shoes. The boat shoes were excellent. The man wearing them was acceptable.”
“Chad is exactly what you think you're getting and that is, in this industry, a rare and precious thing.”
