Document II

Discretion Policy

A statement of the practices by which HotMales Model Management treats the particulars entrusted to the office. Authored, as is the custom of the house, by the Director of Client Relations.

Last reviewed by counsel on 22 January 2026.

§01

Preface from the Office

Discretion is not, at HotMales Model Management, a service we offer. It is the standing posture of the agency. The following sets out, as clearly as we are willing to put any of this in writing, the practices by which the office handles correspondence, identity, and the privacy of those who have entrusted us with their inquiries.

This document is authored by Margaret Voss, Director of Client Relations. Where my views and the views of counsel diverge, counsel’s views are reflected in the Terms of Representation. Where they converge, the matter is treated as settled.

§02

Information We Receive

From the Patron, in the ordinary course, we receive: the Patron’s preferred name; an email address sufficient for the office to reach the Patron; an optional telephone number; an indication of the nature, setting, and timing of the inquired-after Engagement; an acknowledgement that the Patron is eighteen (18) years of age or older; and such further particulars as the Patron volunteers in the “Special Requests” field or in subsequent correspondence with the office.

From the Gentleman, in the ordinary course, we receive a post-engagement note for the office’s file and such further particulars as the Gentleman, in his discretion, deems appropriate to share with the Director of Talent Development.

The Agency does not collect, and the Patron is not invited to provide, the Patron’s residential address, place of employment, marital status, governmental identifiers, or financial account information at any stage of the intake.

§03

What We Do With It

Intakes are reviewed in the first instance by the Director of Client Relations. A summary, omitting any particulars not necessary to the placement decision, is then prepared for the Founder. The Founder reviews, decides, and instructs the office accordingly.

Where an Engagement proceeds, the relevant Gentleman is briefed by the office on a need-to-know basis. The Patron’s contact details are not, as a matter of policy, shared with the Gentleman before the Engagement is confirmed and may, at the Patron’s request, be withheld from the Gentleman entirely.

Where an Engagement does not proceed, the intake is retained, in archived form, for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, after which it is destroyed in the customary manner.

§04

What We Do Not Do

We do not, in any forum, confirm the identity of any Patron, the date of any Engagement, the Gentleman engaged, the residence, hotel, vessel, or other premises at which an Engagement was conducted, or the consideration paid in respect of an Engagement.

We do not confirm the non-occurrence of any of the foregoing.

We do not sell, license, syndicate, transfer, or otherwise convey any intake, correspondence, or particular of any Engagement to any third party, including but not limited to advertising platforms, brokers, journalists, biographers, family offices, household staff, drivers, fitness instructors, attorneys retained adverse to the Patron, executors of estates, podcast hosts, and any party purporting to act under a power of attorney granted by the Patron.

We do not respond to subpoenas, civil investigative demands, or letters of inquiry, formal or informal, without the prior review of counsel, and we do not facilitate such requests at the level of the office.

§05

Correspondence

The office maintains a single landline and a single inquiries inbox. All correspondence concerning a confirmed or prospective Engagement is conducted through one of these two channels.

We do not engage in correspondence via personal social media accounts, message-board direct messages, mutual acquaintances, or — notwithstanding any prior representation by any party — by handwritten note left at any premises.

§06

Conduct at Premises

Photography, audio recording, and video recording of the Gentleman are not permitted at any premises in the course of an Engagement, save with the prior written consent of the office and a release executed by the Gentleman. Photographs taken in contravention of this paragraph are subject to immediate take-down, and the Engagement is subject to immediate termination, at the office’s sole discretion.

Discussion of the Engagement with persons not party to the Engagement — whether at the time of the Engagement or thereafter — is contrary to the standing expectations of the house and is grounds for non-renewal of representation.

§07

Data, Cookies, and the Website

The HotMales website (hotmales.com) collects only such standard analytics as are necessary to operate the site and review its performance. We do not maintain advertising pixels, behavioral cookies, or third-party trackers of a marketing character.

Email correspondence from the office is delivered through a single transactional email provider engaged for the purpose. The Agency does not maintain a marketing mailing list and will not, under any circumstance, enroll the Patron in such a list as a consequence of submitting an intake.

§08

Questions, Concerns, and Corrections

Patrons wishing to review the particulars on file with the office, to update them, or to request the destruction of the same may direct such correspondence, in writing, to discretion@hotmales.com. The office will, within ten (10) business days, confirm receipt and, where appropriate, proceed accordingly.

We do not, however, entertain requests to confirm, deny, or characterize the existence of any file in response to inquiries from any person other than the Patron themselves. If you are reading this on someone else’s behalf, please do not write to us; we will not assist.
