Code of Conduct

A statement of the standing expectations of HotMales Model Management with respect to the conduct of Patrons in the course of any Engagement and in correspondence with the office.

Last reviewed by counsel on 22 January 2026.

§01

Preface

The within sets out the standing expectations of HotMales Model Management with respect to the conduct of Patrons before, during, and following any Engagement, together with the conduct expected of the Patron in correspondence with the office and with the Gentlemen we represent.

The Code is not an exhaustive catalogue of every conceivable circumstance. It is the floor. The Founder and the Director of Client Relations reserve, at all times, the right to articulate further expectations in any particular case.

§02

Conduct at Intake

Inquiries to the office are conducted in good faith and with the unhurried courtesy customary to the house. Tone is read.

The Patron will not, in the course of an intake, request the personal contact details of any Gentleman, the residence of any Gentleman, the personal calendar of any Gentleman, or the names of other Patrons. The Patron will not attempt to negotiate any matter set forth in the Terms of Representation. The Patron will not, under any circumstances, attach photographs of themselves at intake; the office considers this a category error.

§03

Conduct During an Engagement

The Patron will treat the Gentleman with the same courtesy as the Patron would extend to any professional invited into the Patron’s home — that is to say: warmly, attentively, and with respect for the Gentleman’s time, person, comfort, and stated boundaries.

The Patron will provide the Gentleman with: a clean and well-lit setting; suitable refreshment; the wardrobe and dress code as previously discussed with the office; reasonable opportunity to step away as the Gentleman may require; and, where the Engagement extends past the agreed window, a clear understanding that the extension is at the Gentleman’s sole discretion and subject to additional consideration.

The Patron will not photograph, audio-record, or video-record the Gentleman save with the prior written consent of the office. The Patron will not, in the course of any Engagement, invite further persons to be present without prior disclosure to the office.

§04

Compensation and Settlement

Compensation is settled on the schedule set forth in the Terms of Representation. The Patron will not engage in conversation concerning compensation in the presence of the Gentleman save as is strictly necessary to effect settlement at the conclusion of the Engagement.

Gratuities offered to the Gentleman in addition to agreed compensation are at the Patron’s discretion and are received without comment. The Patron is invited to consider the Gentleman’s wardrobe, the wear on the Gentleman’s preferred vehicle, the unspoken cost of being prepared, and the standing posture of the house in determining what is customary.

§05

Following an Engagement

The Patron will not contact the Gentleman directly following an Engagement. Subsequent inquiries — including any wish to extend a standing arrangement, to schedule recurring engagements, or to convey thanks — are directed to the office in the customary manner.

The Patron will not, in any forum, identify the Gentleman by name in connection with the Engagement, will not publish any photograph or recording arising out of the Engagement, and will not, by inference or implication, disclose the existence of the Engagement to any party not already privy to it. This expectation does not lapse with time.

§06

Boundaries Are Respected

The Gentleman retains the unqualified right, at any stage, to decline any particular request, to step away from the setting, or to terminate the Engagement. The Patron will respect the Gentleman’s exercise of any of the foregoing without comment, persuasion, or attempt at renegotiation.

A Gentleman’s exercise of any of the foregoing rights is not a matter for review by the office at the Patron’s request and will not result in any refund or credit. It is the cost of representation by a house that respects its artists.

§07

Conduct We Will Not Tolerate

The Agency will not represent — and where representation is in place will, upon notice, withdraw it — any Patron who: behaves in a manner contrary to the dignity of the Gentleman; engages in any verbal, written, or physical conduct that the Gentleman, in his sole judgment, considers threatening; attempts to obtain particulars concerning the Gentleman, the office, or any other Patron by means inconsistent with this Code; or breaches the Discretion Policy in any material respect.

Withdrawal of representation under this paragraph is at the Founder’s sole discretion, takes effect upon written notice from the office, results in forfeiture of any deposit or credit then on account, and is communicated to the wider roster as the office in its judgment deems appropriate. The Agency’s records of such withdrawal are retained indefinitely and are shared, on a confidential basis, with sister houses upon their written request.

§08

Complaints

Patrons wishing to raise a concern arising out of an Engagement are invited to do so in writing to conduct@hotmales.com within five (5) business days of the conclusion of the Engagement. The Director of Client Relations will, within ten (10) business days, acknowledge receipt and indicate the office’s position.

Complaints communicated other than as set forth above — including but not limited to telephonic, social-media, or third-party-intermediary communications — are not acknowledged. Complaints by parties other than the Patron themselves are referred to counsel.
